Not my favorite. Too smoky with nose of salt and chlorine. Works well in spicy and smoky cocktails. Update, decided to give this another chance to compare this to a mezcal to look for differences in mezcal smokiness and Islay smokiness. Let this sit for a bit and u will get fruity, caramel, barbecue, and vanilla notes along with peaty, smoky, and salty notes with time.
