The nose is pure caramel, vanilla and molasses!!! The taste Spicy. It definitely has a bite, not crazy but a bite to it!! I gave it a splash of water and it opened up beautifully!!! It gave a more nutty char taste with a vanilla and a smaller bite!! Not bad.
