Nose: Caramel sweetness, orange, sea salt, a little honey and baking spices.
Palate: Orange, honey, and gentle caramel at the front. The flavor heats up a little and spiciness increases. Finish is smooth, silky and warming leaving a lingering honey and grapefruit with a soft smoke rising at the end.
Nectar colored, Lighter - medium bodied whisky with a silky mouthfeel.
I actually prefer this expression to the Oban 14, though both are top notch.
