Good nose. Sweet, corn, hint of vanilla, and some spice. On the taste the start is very interesting, I’d describe it as dry and short. Then, like a switch going off, great long finish of sweet corn, complex spices, and what I feel is a salty brine finish that I love. Wasn’t sold at first, but mostly through the bottle and can say it’s a very interesting and unique Bourbon.
