The least impressive of the range, and having tried over 10 different glendronach’s, I feel it’s fair to make this statement. The nose is nice, nothing like the 15, but still juicy fruit and sherry, the palate is missing something, still decidedly Glendronach but feels like it’s becoming choked out by the oak. The finish is quite drying and leaves your tongue very dry. Pricy for what the juice is, but kudos for keeping age statements.
