On the second try, nose is all caramel, banana, and oak. Barely got any peat smoke, but they did serve it to me in a shot glass so aroma was all over the place. Palate is super woody, peaty, sweetness of dried apricot and the slightest bite on the finish.

There is so much sweetness underneath. I ended up placing it as honey and malt. A little water brings out some fruit notes as well.
