I don’t know about that profile Distiller?? “Sweet and full bodied” Even Amanda contradicts the profile right off the bat. It’s got decent mouthfeel but it’s thin on flavour. Sweet apple, light oak, a faint suggestion of smoke, finishing dry. Basically the most delicate “scotch” you’ll ever have. Know someone who doesn’t like bold whisk(e)ys? This is safest thing you can give them. $60 in Ontario.
