I love Blanco tequila and this is the best I’ve tasted out of many. It’s robust and smooth with plenty of fresh and cooked agave, mint, earth, minerality, olive, mushroom, and hints of tropical fruits. No fake fruit or candy sugar here, just the natural sweetness from the slow cooked agave. Oily and full mouth feel that isn’t thick or chewy, with a long, smooth finish that leaves a little herbaceousness on the palate and minute sweetness on the lips. Simply the best blanco made with meticulous, traditional and proven methods.
