Nose: all sweets, brown sugar and huge vanilla. Swirling produced caramel apples, slight spice Taste: taste follows the nose, a sweet vanilla and brown sugar, caramel, and some cinnamon once the bourbon sits on the tongue. Finish: Cinnamon, slight slight heat, and a mellow lingering flavor. Overall: this is a damn fine bourbon, and I’d recommend grabbing this if you see it.
