Aromas of fruit, green apples, caramel and grains pop to mind. A fairly sweet smelling bourbon Taste has a lot of those fruits, slight spicy and grainy notes, oak, and a vanilla near the finish. Nice stuff A little water, while usually I enjoy, makes this a little more astringent I feel. The finish lingers, some burn, with that vanilla and barrel really being the flavor that lingers. The first half of this bottle, I was very skeptical in how highly sought after this is, but the more I try, the more I enjoy this.
