Neat/water
Nose:
BBQ, iodine, Steak sauce, ribs/iodine is gone, reminds me of a cheeseburger lathered with smoked steak sauce.
Palate:
Oily thickness, slight warmth/Oil gone and replaced with a smooth creaminess.
Taste:
Delicious smokey BBQ/Charred oak has come to the fore, with a honey sweetness
Finish:
Short warmth, smoke aftertaste/Smoke still lingers.
Wife's Comments:
Smells like standing around a BBQ. Tastes like smoked ribs.
