Nose: honey, oaky, floral with hints of vanilla and some pickle... Taste: opens up a little tart as flavours of honey and pickle come through finishes with medium alcohol taste and spices. *This is the last dram of my bottle which has been exposed to lots of air over the past 2 months.*
