Light honey colored. Light bodied with a milky mouthfeel. Nose: toffee and vanilla spice. Honey, banana, and raisins. Not an overly complex aroma, but very smooth, sweet, and inviting. Palate: molasses, bananas, and some cinnamon spice at the front. Richer fruits, toffee, and soft oak join party in the middle. The finish is fairly dry, smooth, and very well rounded leaving behind notes of molasses and cinnamon. I think this would be a fantastic dram on a hot summer afternoon in the sunshine.
