Honey colored and medium bodied with a oily mouthfeel. Nose: a rich swirl of maple, brown sugar, and caramel. Ripe apple. A hint of cinnamon. Some softer vanilla and chocolate notes also accent the aroma. Surprisingly indulgent. Palate: maple brown sugar and caramel. Apple and some oakiness appear in the middle. Finish is gently warming, sweet, and oh so smooth, leaving behind mouthwatering notes of caramel apple and brown sugar. 4.5/5 - this is a delicious American whiskey and my only disappointment is that I didn’t buy a bottle sooner.
