Rich honey, slight caramel and vanilla sweetness surrounded by spicy oak and a hint of molasses rum funk. The rum isn’t as much of an influence as I was hoping for. It’s got good flavour but it’s a little oaky for my taste and it finishes bittersweet. $140 in Ontario.
