You should try some more like the Yamazaki 12/18 (18 expensive and hard to find), Hakushu 12/18, Taketsuru 12/17/21, Hibiki 17/21 (21 expensive), Yoichi 15 (discontinued and few available expensive), Miyagikyo 12 (discontinued, hard to find), Nikka From The Barrel (must buy from online company if u live in the US), Ichiro Chichibu, etc

I’ve only had Hibiki Japanese Harmony. It was solid.
