The nose is exactly what I always thought a typical bourbon should be: sweet, charred and hotter than a Tennessee Summer. Deep, bold, and full-bodied flavor to match. Vanilla, cream, honey, with dark wood char on the finish. I am not really much of a bourbon drinker, but this was the first one I tried that made me realize that there might be something to them.
