Darker honey colored, medium bodied, with a creamy mouthfeel. Nose: ripe apples, some caramel and vanilla sweetness. Mild oakiness and a hint of spice. Palate: apples and vanilla sweetness. Some spice and dry oak in the middle. Finish is quick and oaky with some mild apple sweetness and spice lingering behind. This is pretty tasty and crisp.
