The nose here is nothing special and the main reason I cant rate this one any higher. I get a really muted standard Bourbon vanilla and not much else. Similarly for such a clear and amber Whiskey the legs are about as thin as the nose. When it comes to the taste its delicate and round with a long and dry finish that leaves me wondering exactly what the proof on this bottle is?! Its not hot but damn its dry on the finish. For me, that's not a bad thing, I love the a dry finish and for an every day drinker I could get in to this but after a long hard day or for a lasting and interesting conversation I am going to reach for something else. Its a little too tame for my taste. 85/100
