Very light, sweet, and floral. Pale. Fleeting nose. Finishes with a gentle oak burn warming the tongue. Disagree strongly with critic's flavor profile except the red hots/cinnamon. Very well made for a standard small batch, appreciate the BiB, but on the expensive end as a non-boutique. Truly a unique flavor when tasted side by side with other quality bourbons. Elegant like a dancer, but does not have the depth of flavor to compare with longer agings. Would buy again, but not quite a go-to. Can't quite shake a consistent cinnamon burn that doesn't make sense for this proof or mash. Feel a bit like I'm fighting against it instead of relaxing and enjoying.
