Vegetal, slightly herbal agave with an nice bright sweetness in the background. It’s a bit dry and herbal but not enough to prevent me from enjoying it. Similar to Siempre/Pasote/Corralejo but the added sweetness makes it better quality in my opinion. Not available in Ontario.
