This is a pour I go back and forth on. Some store picks are great (some aren't), while the plain Jane bottle you find on every other shelf is good, not great. Blind tasting notes: "Nose has some vanilla brown sugar notes. On the taste, it was very smooth from the start. Like a 'grassy knoll on the south-eastern side of Ireland'. Little light oat, little nutmeg, sort of muted flavors and a quickly tapering finish. Slight, slight oak."
