Cadenhead Creations 44 Year Light Fruity Sherry
Blended — Scotland

This was an interesting find. It’s a blend of Glenlivet, Glenfarclas, and Inverogrodan, all at least 44 years old, aged in bourbon cask with a final 1 year finishing in first fill sherry. Aromas of Indian mango pickle , with a nice palette of cream, gingerbread, and a touch of that Indian mango pickle again. A big bold, but gentle, dram. Nicely engineered.

@Reverend357 yup—only in the app, since it needs access to the camera
@Reverend357 there’s a “ +” sign on the upper right corner when you search for something. That allows the additions
@Soba45 the same way I pick stocks and bonds. Close your eyes, throw a dart, and hope for the best. Actually, not too different than stocks—a bit of research. So I look at reviews, pedigree, and marketing ( inverse relationship on the last one)
Inverogrodan? I think you mean Invergordon
Out of interest how do you go about picking these bottlings? Some of the older ones I've had have been amazing but a lot have been average and at the price you pay you really don't want to be making mistakes!
