The nose is deep and heavy with rye bread, dill pickle juice, and pepper, very acidic and juicy. When freshly opened it has a bandaid medicinal note that dissipates after some air. The palate is spicy and rich, more distinct dill pickle spices as well as Mediterranean herbs like thyme and oregano. The finish stays very herbal but also has a hint of vanilla. Very full bodied.
