Nose- Very mellow. Doesn’t attack your nose. Instead it just eases in. Caramel and... green apple. How is this possible? Do all BT products remind me of green apple? This is a wheater for God’s sake. Body- Very easy drinking bourbon. There are notes of honey and caramel that reminds me of honey nut Cheerios. Increasingly... yep... green apple is there as well. Finish- Caramel with some nutty bitterness on the end. Eventually there is an aftertaste of apple juice. Note- There is a lot of spice here. This is a tongue tingler but it is all tied together by a creamy viscousness of caramel and honey. Edited: 7-23-19
