Nose- Olive tapenade is very prominent with a sweet, smoky brine.
Body- The briny tapenade continues into an incredibly easy drink. I really like this.
Finish- Long finish with smoke and menthol coming through.
Note- This beat out the Laphroaig quarter cask in our ultimate taste test.
