This is the scotch I keep coming back to. This is Autumn in a bottle and is bottled at a peak time when you want a balance of sweet, brine and smoke all hitting at peak in your face character. The flavor profile has tried to be duplicated but no one has done it. Caol Ila comes close. Ardbeg does as well but with much less medicinal notes. Best drank neat.
