Glenlivet 12 Year Double Oak
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland

This is a classic fruity & floral Speyside whisky; not as sweet as sherrybombs like Glenrothes, it is nonetheless a great beginner/everyday whisky.
Nose: Light and floral, with apple, citrus and honeysuckle.
Palate: Apple, vanilla, malt
Finish: medium finish. Apple and almonds
This is a must have if you like light and floral Highlands; it might just become your standby. On a side note, this whisky has a little more “assertiveness” than many whiskys in a similar flavor profile, which means that it’s light enough to be a background, but exciting enough to be the primary focus.
