Having this at the distillery in Cotswold...for young 3 yr old malt, really well made with all local ingredients. Taste further enhanced by the local Cotswold vistas...

@cascode just had the gingerbread at Sarah’s in Grasmere. Really cute small shop, with lines going way out. Personally I loved the gingerbread—-zesty and spicy with nutmeg...kids didn’t like it, expected something sweeter.
@PBMichiganWolverine Cool :-) On tyhe way up from Coniston drop into Grasmere and get some gingerbread at Sarah Nelson's Gingerbread Shop - words can't express how delicious it is!
@cascode. Yeah, I think that’s on our agenda for the Lakes District. We’ll be staying in Conniston at Bank Ground Farm...so maybe a quick drive over
@PBMichiganWolverine Cotswolds is a very pretty little distillery, and they're making a nice drop. When you're in the Lakes District, I can recommend a tour at the Lakes Distillery. It's off the main road from Keswick to Cockermouth, and inside the national park. Good bistro, too. Damn, I'm jealous :-)
@Soba45 vacation...London, Cotswold, and Lake District. Stopping right at Hadrian’s Wall...so, no Scotland
Ah nice. Over in the UK for work or pleasure are you? Heading up to Scotland?
