Yeah I'm with @cascode on this one. A bit ethanolly although it improves with time. Honey, nutmeg, sulphur and rubber. Typical mortlach. Not the best one I've had but I still like it. 3.5. Oh and cascode is also right about the Mortlach G&M 15. Out of 6 its the highest rated one I've had. And cheapest as well at around $80 USD.

Oh and my regular has it at $103 NZ. Even better!
@cascode Ah sorry $80USD or $110 NZD it was meant to be. Yeah see they have a 12,16,20 line up. I have a feeling cos they vastly overpriced things last time they decided a repricing under the guise of a new range (rather than discount the old) would dig them out of their hole. I can't find prices anywhere yet so my theory maybe wrong and they maybe shooting themselves in the other foot this time round!
@Soba45 I'm eager to try the new 12 year OB. Not heard anything firm about the price over here yet but I believe it will be in the same ballpark as the Rare Old, but it's 43%, a proper 700ml bottle and the advance reviews have been positive.
@Soba45 Wow, NS$80 is a killer buy. Stock p while it's still there! It's AU$140 from the only supplier who has any left here now, and the UK seems to have dried up. I'm glad I bought 3 bottles a while back when it was still under $100.
