Nose- Slightly astringent with fresh flowers and lemon sweet tea. Body- Sweet honey and orange zest with earth and grass. Finish- Grass and honeysuckle gives way to a slight hint of wild tart blackberries. Note- This is a good one and is one of the most complex Irish Whiskies that I have had.
