Appearance: dark amber to lighter brown. Thinner in texture. Nose: Caramel and baking spice are the dominant ones for me. A bit of fruit also Palate: Caramel and baking spice give way to apricots with a hint of vanilla. Very smooth and light texture for 100 proof. Alcohol is there but not overwhelming. Finish: Smooth, burn builds but not overwhelming. Medium length a bit of cinnamon comes through Good complexity, interesting flavors, relaxing pour. It's a keeper.
