Nose- Creamy butterscotch. Frankly, not a great sign for me. I like my wheats in the caramel, brown sugar side of things. Body- Earthy with walnut and butterscotch. The volume is turned down with this one as one might expect with a wheated bourbon. Finish- Maybe a bit of coffee here. Not bad but unremarkable overall. I prefer bourbon on the bright, sweet side. This bourbon is muted and more savory.
