I like rye and have had nothing yet as delicious as the willet rye. This was highly recommended to me and good but not nearly as flavorful but still delicious. Smells like minty pumpernickel bread. The flavor continues with mint and pepper but very little sweetness if any at all. Definitely some bite and heat. A slow sipper probably perfect on a cold night.
