Tried this at whiskey washback. Great stuff with notes of caramel, pepper, cloves, cherry, and corn. Will need to try the birthday bourbon some day.

@worldwhiskies95 you are the man! I am there all week so will make sure to hit most of them!
@worldwhiskies95 I now know who to ask for stuff to do in NYC 😊
@dubz480 Vintry’s, Chumley’s, Bar Moga, Bar Goto, Bar and Books, Dead Rabbit, Blacktail, Nomad, Raines Law Room
@dubz480 Wheated, Sanford’s, Brandy Library, Flatiron Room, Fine and Rare, Copper and Oak, Ward III
@dubz480 seems like Wheated in Brooklyn. Should be an easy subway ride from Marquis ( which is in mid-40s and 6th I think)
@worldwhiskies95 defiantly my next date night with the wife. Thanks!
@worldwhiskies95 any good spots in the city? I'll be @ the Marriott Marquis week of 10/29
@PBMichiganWolverine Wheated also has great sourdough pizza. Many bargain pours exist at wheated. WLW $30, Pappy 15 $35, Yamazaki 18 $22, Midleton Dair Ghaelach $24, Ichiro Port Pipe $28, Hibiki 17 $13, Hochstader’s 16 $18, Amrut Greedy Angels $25, Bruichladdich Black Art $36,
@worldwhiskies95 Wheated is a quicker train ride away...thanks for that! I’m thinking a date night at a Brooklyn spot, followed by a few pours in Wheated
@PBMichiganWolverine Sanford’s in Astoria and Wheated in Brooklyn
@worldwhiskies95 really?! Where? I’m in Denver next week, but need to be in NYC week after. Might as well stop by and sample it
@PBMichiganWolverine I know 2 places in New York that charge it $10-11/oz
The birthday bourbon is silly expensive. I’m questioning the VFM
