Henry McKenna 10 Year Bottled in Bond Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA

Taking a rare spin down bourbon way as my taste preferences tend to veer away from the sweetness of corn-based whiskey. Glad I did since this 10 year old bourbon is quite good. In fact, it’s simply straight down the fairway - vanilla, caramel, spicy with a nice chest warmth.
Rating: Distiller rates this high at 91. I’m leaning more towards 87ish. For $30 this is a no brainer to stock on any whiskey shelf.

@SolanaRoots ...and Single Barrel to boot!
@BDanner Completely agree. Lots to like - great value, 10yr age statement, bottled in bond.
@PBMichiganWolverine @SolanaRoots it has hit $35 here in our control state of NC, but on sale this month for it's old regular price of $30. This is definitely one of my favorites.
@SolanaRoots that’s a good price. It’s steadily rising up in some areas to $34-40.
Had seen some comments that this was becoming hard to find, but apparently not in SoCal. Just saw 9 bottles on the shelf at $27...
