A great bourbon to accompany a savory meal. Pleasantly toasty with a peppery bite. Cedar and oak are just as prominent as the caramel flavor. Best after it sits for 20 minutes; alcohol bite is strong from the outset. Great nose, one of the best smelling bourbons.
