This is a pretty amazing bourbon - a different taste in every sip or smell. Sometimes you get a wallop of oak, sometimes it’s more of a heath bar/toffee kind of thing, and every once in a while there’s even a bit of brine. Just an extremely complex but also very drinkable bourbon. (This review based on the B518 batch.)
