Smells of corn and spring grasses, with a hint of maple syrup. Tastes of dark rye bread followed by spice. The spice transitions into a short lived mellow sweetness. Mouthfeel is left with tastes of herbs, possibly clove. Drank in glass with splash of water to bring out flavors.
