A pleasant sip with a fair sweetness and spice to it. Strange scent on the nose-sundried tomatoes? Dried apricot? No peat at all on the nose or in the mouth. Barley isn’t too overpowering. Somewhat thin. A drop of water seems to actually add sweetness.
