I tried this with a few other folks and we all noticed a clear flavor of wood and vanilla. There were mixed feelings about its rating too as some loved it and others didn't at all. I figure its a good bottle to own, not for show but good enough to sip. 6/10 I didn't like the heavy burn to it.
