Caramel, maybe a hint of honey. Grain/malt, a bit nutty, chewy mouthfeel. Feels a little thin for my taste, wish that it were 46% instead of 40%. Good, but it's not going to take the place of scotch or bourbon in my diet. I feel like I can get more bang for my buck at this price point elsewhere.
