Oaky color, a bit like apple juice, with a little more brown. Apples, cinnamon, and oak are prominent in the aroma. Caramel, oak, and smoke are the prominent flavors. The finish is smooth with some of the smoky peat coming through. A very nice Scotch and definitely the best of this tasting series.
