For some reason, I thought Copperdog was an American distillery. Until I tasted this, courtesy of a pour sent by @LeeEvolved. Notes of ripe pears, honey, apricots, with a clear indication of some age gave it away as being a Speysider instead of an American. Really a well made blend, and if I’d tasted this blind, I’d have guessed it for a Balvenie 12. Thanks Lee for the sample

Good to hear. Added a sample to my next MoM order :-).
This really was a solid, cheap blend. All Speysiders used so it’s nice and smooth with a nice rich, Sherry profile. Plus, I believe I got this for less than $40. It gives Compass Box’s Story of the Spaniard a run for its money- hell, I think it’s better. I should’ve bought a couple more.
