Very happy with this Irish Whiskey! There was a fruity flavor and also a flavor that I have yet to identify that I really liked. Great nose. Finish was warm and tasty. I read where the distillery was having some business/ownership/facilities issues so I hope that does not threaten the future for The Quiet Man.
