This one is not for the faint of heart...up for a challenge? Pour this in a glencairn and try to write tasting notes! I feel like I’m smelling some kind of mixture of stewed prunes/figs, anise, and pecans in a deep brown caramelized sugar. The mouthfeel is nice and viscous, but watch for the high proof...this sets off fireworks on the tongue! To be taken in small doses, but I wouldn’t trade the experience...very interesting!
