Where bourbons like Elijah Craig Barrel Proof and Stagg Jr. are dark, rich, and complex, this bourbon, while similarly complex, is lighter and brighter, leaning more towards fresh fruit, light spice, and cream. A delicious, and surprisingly unique bourbon.
