At full strength, Mellow smooth corn, charred, oily, burn around the perimeter of the tongue, herbal and almost bitter at back of tongue.
If trying straight, be careful not to burn your palette. With about half teaspoon, flavours show up on the mid pallate. woody, fruity, sour note on middle to back of the tongue. Cocktail appropriate.
After breathing, honey, strong salted caramel, maple sugar, wlanut, and cigar aromas, mellower. Slight roasted peach.
