Nose. Slight smoke with a good sweetness. Spices on the nose are bright and fun. Cinnamon and brown sugar are very prominant. Taste: A light sweet smokey flavor gives way to a wonderful spiced pound cake flavor. Reminding me of a wonderful spiced dessert during the holidays.
