The drink features a heavy scent of sweet honey and a woody character from the oak barrels the drink is aged in. The flavor is sweet and smooth with a somewhat oily finish. It is definitely a honey liqueur, too sweet to be enjoyed neat. May be excellent mixed or in a whiskey toddy. Need to try.
